GROUP-D WRITTEN EXAMINATION NOTICE
Schedule of Written Examination : Group-D Recruitment against Employment Notice No.ECoR/RRC/D/2006/01 issued on 28.10.2006.
1. Railway Recruitment Cell, East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar will conduct written examination for the posts of Jr.Trackman and Helper-II earlier notified through Employment Notice No.ECoR/RRC/D/2006/01 on 28.10.2006.
2. The dates of written examination are: 16.09.2007, 23.09.2007, 30.09.2007 and 7.10.2007.
3. CALL LETTERS are being issued to candidates who were found provisionally eligible to appear for the examination.
4. Candidates whose applications were found deficient on various grounds indicated in Para-2(iv) & Para-15 of the above mentioned employment notification are being issued with REJECT LETTERS regarding the cause of rejection.
5. Candidates may also check their application status (whether eligible / ineligible) through our website: www.rrcbbs.org.in from 1.09.2007.
6. DUPLICATE / CORRECTED Call letters would be issued to candidates under the following circumstances :
(a) If a candidate finds his application status as eligible after checking on the website, but does not receive Call Letter by 11.09.2007;
OR
(b) If a candidate notices any discrepancy in the Call Letter regarding Name, Photograph or Signature on photograph.
Such candidates may personally come and seek duplicate / corrected Call letters at the place & time on dates shown below:

They should bring with them the following items:
- Black and white passport photo which is same as affixed in original application;
- Copy of education certificate in proof of date of birth that was submitted with original application, and attested by a gazetted officer.
